Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
- 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment you no longer wish to keep.
- Last minute cancellations or rescheduling will be charged 100% of service fee.
- A valid credit card is required to hold your requested appointment time when booking an appointment.
- No-shows; Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.
- Running Late: Please call as soon as possible to let me know. You will be given as much of your scheduled time if my schedule permits, though treatment times may be shortened as needed in order to accommodate others whose appointments may follow yours.
Payment Methods
Touch Therapeutic Massage accepts Cash, Personal Checks and all major Credit Cards.Returned checks will incur a $25 charge.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in treatment prices...although never expected, always appreciated.
